We simply adapt the tone of our invitation based on their emotional state: happy customers get an enthusiastic nudge, while unhappy customers feel heard first with a quieter invitation. Same opportunity, different approach. And if you prefer a feedback-only experience, you can turn off the Google Review Funnel entirely — it's always optional.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
